Evaluation
Jackson Jade therapists complete comprehensive and thorough evaluations based on
individual client needs. Standardized assessment measures are administered and we
obtain information from the family, referring party, and through our own professional
expertise to acquire the most detailed results and complete a comprehensive evaluation.

Our patients report that our evaluations are a pleasurable experience and often
the most comprehensive assessment they have received. For our pediatric clients,
we integrate an element of toys, play, and/or games which offers your child a comfortable
environment in which they can't wait to return!
Each patient/family will complete a comprehensive medical history and clinic documents
prior to their evaluation. Completion of this information will assist the therapist
in the evaluation process, selection of appropriate assessment measures, and ensures
the most accurate diagnosis for our clients.

Speech Language Pathology
Jackson Jade provides comprehensive assessment and treatment to individuals with
speech, language, cognitive, swallowing, and feeding disorders. Our therapists treat
the patient's underlying cognitive and/or neurological impairment to support optimal
progress, performance, and independence. Jackson Jade therapy sessions are personally
tailored to meet the needs of each client which are provided in individual treatment
rooms.

Swallowing/Feeding Therapy
Swallowing and feeding problems are often undetected and can be a serious threat
to an individual's health because of the risk of aspiration, pneumonia, malnutrition,
dehydration, failure to thrive, chronic lung disease, weight loss, obstruction of
the airway, increased risks of infection, and physical debilitation. Jackson Jade
provides comprehensive feeding and swallowing assessments and customized intervention
to support optimal improved diet, safe feeding and swallowing, and increased health
benefits.

Occupational Therapy
Individuals who require increased independence and functional life skills can benefit
from occupational therapy. Jackson Jade provides comprehensive assessments and therapy
which supports sensory processing, fine and gross motor, hand-eye coordination,
visual perception, motor planning, balance, coordination, self help, life skills,
and increases social participation in a fun and rewarding environment. Our treatment
programs are individually designed to target the underlying neurological and/or
cognitive impairments affecting an individual which promotes optimal performance
and independence. Each session is provided on a 1:1 patient to therapist ratio in
private treatment rooms.

treatment programs with noted improvements physically, emotionally, socially, and
